    This class focuses on Brett's proven method for gluten free pizza.

    Gluten free pizza is tricky. This class covers mixing, stretching, and launching. Bring your questions and Brett will help you troubleshoot problems you've been having. The class will use high temperature pizzas ovens, but methods taught can be applied to home ovens and grills.

    Topics covered:

    • Introduction to gluten free pizza flours and mixing dough.
    • Fermenting and practice shaping dough.
    • Hands on topping and launching pizzas.
    • Cooking and turning pizzas.

    One free pizza class is included with the purchase of a pizza oven at Vital Industries + Supply. Registration is required and spots are limited. Please contact us to register for your free class.
