A cocktail that will make you want to sit around the fire and sing campfire songs all night long (it seriously is SO good). With delicious notes of toasted marshmallow and a hint of smokiness, it really does remind you of the good 'ol days at camp. Featured above is our 20K Gold Cheers Rocks glass.

When trying to think of what cocktail we should launch in November, I wanted something that was unique but also captured what it feels like here in Northern Wisconsin as the season changes. There are still some warm colors lingering on the trees, the greenery has changed to muted shades of brown and some mornings you wake up to a light dusting of snow. It is beautiful yet so cold, which has most of us seeking warmth and is there anything better than a cup of hot chocolate next to the fireplace? This cocktail may just be it!

An easy recipe like this is perfect for entertaining groups of people during the holidays and it stores well so if you make a larger batch you can use it through-out the holiday season for a variety of festivities.

Ingredients:

6 oz. Bulleit Whiskey

2 oz. Marshmallow Simple Syrup

Ice

Marshmallow For A Garnish

1. In a rocks glass combine 3-4 ice cubes, whiskey and simple syrup. Stir and sip to your leisure.

Marshmallow Simple Syrup:

1 Cup Water

1 Cup Sugar

6 Marshmallows

1. With your kitchen torch lightly toast the marshmallows. If you don't have a kitchen torch you can put the marshmallows on a cookie sheet under the broiler in your oven on low. Be sure to turn them frequently.

2. In a saucepan combine water, sugar and marshmallows. Bring to a boil and stir until thoroughly combined. Remove from heat.

3. Use a fine mesh strainer to pour the syrup into a heat safe container.

Remember to take a photo of you making or enjoying the cocktail and share it with us on social media! We love to see what you guys are up to.
