Select Ingredients: Wild cherry bark, Indonesian vanilla bean, quassia, gentian, star anise, mahlab, cardamom, ceylon cinnamon, fennel pollen
Application: Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Sour, Highball. Also a great vanilla extract substitute or in seltzer as a dry soda.
